Evangelist Elaine Patricia Wright | First Lady
Evangelist Elaine P. Wright is a native of Detroit, Michigan. She accepted the Lord as her Personal Savior at the age of 19. Shortly thereafter she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at Miller Memorial Church of God in Christ, under the pastoral leadership of her father in love, the late Bishop Earl J. Wright, Sr. She accepted her calling and waited in silent ministry as the Lord prepared her for the task of Evangelism. The Lord anointed her with a powerful healing and deliverance ministry. Being impressed by God she’s been committed to full-time ministry for 18 years.
She is the First Lady of Loving Restoration Ministries Church of God in Christ in Southfield, MI., where her husband Elder Earl J. Wright, Jr., is the Founder and Pastor. Her husband is also the newly appointed Pastor of Greater Miller Memorial Church of
God in Christ in Warren Michigan. The couple has been married for 35 years and they have two adult sons, Earl III and Edmund.
She is licensed in the Church of God in Christ Incorporated, where she has served judiciously in each level of ministry: local, district, jurisdictional and national for many years. She served in the National Evangelism Department as Regional Elect Lady of Michigan, Indiana and Jamaica. She has ministered across the United States and abroad.
She is an alumna of Wayne State University and William Tyndale Bible Institute. Evangelist Wright is the Director of the Geraldine Marvell Miller Wright Institute for Women in Ministry, where women are trained and developed in their ministry callings. Evangelist Wright is bountifully blessed with ministry milestones notably she is the Ministry Visionary for Sister Strength in the Name of Christ, she has authored a devotional prayer journal entitled Sweet Communion: 30 Days of Prayer. She released her prayer CD entitled “And It Is So”, recognized by its distinct Powerful Prayers and Prophetic Playing.
Evangelist Wright is the honored recipient of several achievement awards, namely The Outstanding Woman in Ministry…The Great Faith Award… one of the Most Influential Black Women in Metropolitan Detroit and the 2013 Michigan Chronicle’s Salute to First Ladies Award, 2015 Total Woman Award.
This ministry driven Woman of God is a ready vessel in which God uses to encourage His people through the spoken word and teaching of the gospel. Therefore, she humbly gives “God all the Glory”.
